Driving IQ 2010 in gear then all of a sudden it was like corks just turning in gearbox making noice but car wasn’t engaging or driving through drive shafts it was like some gear linkage or bracket on gearbox snapped. It goes into gears but when you let clutch out just makes noice like crunching any ideas

Check the drive shafts, it could be a failed CV, worst ways it's a dead gearbox

jack the car up and spin the wheels by hand

I will try that...failed cv normally clickzing noice don’t they? This is more the corgs in gearbox are like making a noice but not engaging the drive shafts....so if the wheels spin in gear it could be CV

If one drive shaft lets go you will lose all drive, the shaft can shear the splines either on the shaft or in the joint if it has they tend to rip the CV boot up

But your right it could be the drive shaft as no other signs gearbox problems....no notices etc...no clutch problems smells or slipping so I think your 100 percent right drive shaft...see these forums are excellent as they get you thinking outside the box
