I have some questions about the E11 sedan that I have, my first question is how can I identify my engine type, I have a feeling that it's a 1.6 liter but it would be nice if I could check.

My other question is about some minor performance mods, what would you recommend, for some minor sound enhancement, that is not ricey. Like exhaust systems, or intakes.

Look at the inlet manifold , possibly engine sticker will be apparent 4e-fe 1.3  , 4a-fe 1.6 , loads of pictures online as well , wiki also goo info
