These codes show that there are problems with your hybrid Battery and the hybrid system.

You should check your hybrid Battery with ODB adaptor and using the free hybrid assistant app to find out if the Battery is having problems. If it's good then it could be the hybrid control system that's having issues. Could be anything from a faulty ECU to something such as fault in the hybrid inverter cooling system etc.

OBD2 codes are generic some codes are marque specific and can have different meanings

 

I replied to your thread you posted 11 days ago, you may end up with a bad 12V Battery is you don't sort this issue, if its the original Battery it may need replacing anyway, it,s an agm type and need to be replaced with the same type don't cheap out
