Hi friends

 

I bought this car for my dad last year in November. My dad was driving and this underneath part of his car has snapped and ripped. I dont know if my dad has hit a kerb and its caved in. 

 

We dont think it could be rust as the other side looks perfect. 

 

Anyone got any idea of how this can be fixed.  If we can buy a part to replace it . Any welding soloution or any other restoration  option
