Sourcing parts for 1992 ep80 Starlet

Hello! 
Good evening everyone, thanks for accepting me on the forum, just looking for some advise please. 
 

I’m in the midst of getting my late father in laws car back on the road and ready for mot  

The car is a 1992 starlet ep80 with the 1L 4cly 1E carb engine reg J191FMX

Very happy with everything so far, found parts like filters, plugs etc with no issue. 
but for the life of me, I cannot find an answer for a replacement radiator!

The one removed seems to be a copper / plastic radiator, which is est 435mm wide with the core being est 410mm wide, and the pegs situated on the bottom of the rad that go into the support bungs on the bottom of the front brace / slam panel are est 315mm apart 

And that’s where my issue lies; everywhere I look for this model, they says it’s at least 550mm wide and and the support pegs are 420mm apart...?!

I run a business with my dad involving cars, so anything like fabricating or making brackets etc etc isn’t an issue, neither is for me finding parts online / using our trade suppliers.  But I honestly believe I’ve come to a dead end on this and I can’t for the life of me work out why?

possible smaller rad placed in the car at some point prior..? 
move even looked at ep70 radiators but the over flow pipe looks incorrect...

would rather find the right part than pop riveting a new support bracket / tapping holes for new bolts, as I want to keep it as original as possible 

My last resort is either a refurb or a custom one made up.
