Faced with the dilemma of towing my caravan with only a space saver or foam I decided to use my full size toyota spare 17" wheel from my previous 2011 Rav 4. I had fitted a 235 60 x 17 tyre to match the diameter of the 18" wheels on the 2015 Rav. The spare fits into the wheel well but does sit proud on the boot floor so I made a separate raised floor.

The pic below show how it turned out.

Happy to provide details of how I did it to anyone who PMs me, also I will be selling the Rav soon so the floor and wheel will be up for grabs. Feel free to PM me if interested.
