Brake Discs...Help!

Hi all,

I thought I'd have a go at replacing the discs and pads for me 2016 aygo. All fine with the pads, but the discs don't seem right. I bought these (https://www.eurocarparts.com/p/eicher-premium-brake-disc-104545539?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI8-3l_o7u7AIVlu7tCh3F5Q6qEAQYAiABEgLIjPD_BwE) but the hole in the middle of the disc to attach to the axle seems to big...the disc hangs unevenly and I can't fit it on.

Looking at other brake discs online they all seem to have the same center diameter so I'm stuck. Has anyone replaced their discs on a 2016 Aygo, and which ones did you use?

Any help would be much appreciated!

How do they compare with the old ones?

Some pictures might help.

Thanks both, I wish I'd taken a picture before putting the old ones back on! They were the same size, just the whoe in the middle was far wider, which meant it wasn't central on the wheel. I might need to take it apart to measure the centre wheel, as all the brake discs I'm seeing online for the Aygo have the same diameter.

A few years back I replaced discs and pads on my daughters Aygo. After hearing how much Toyota wanted I visited my local motor factors shop. If I remember correct I took a used disc in. There was 2 types of discs available.  The guy check mine out and the replacement fitted with no issues.

Her car is a 2012 model and it was about 2016 when I replaced the discs. Price then for pads and disc was under £90 if memory serves me.

So your car may have more than one disc on the parts list. Mine did. Hope you get it sorted.

My 2016 Aygo currently needing discs and pads and after checking Eurocarparts for price the other day I found Brembo discs and pads for £85 - decided to phone the local Toyota dealership for a price …..£126 .  After mentioning that I will buy Brembos from Eurocarparts for £85 the rep then offered them to me for the trade price - £69 !!! Really couldn't knock that price (although I could knock the mark-up they put on them !!) and shot over like a flash to get them. Just shows its always worth the phone call to Toyota to see what you can get the genuine parts for 👍
