Non OEM Roof Rails for my 2018 RAV4

Wanted to get your opinion - I have found these on ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TOYOTA-RAV-MK4-4-2012-2019-BLACK-ALUMINIUM-ROOF-RAILS-BARS-ROOF-RACK-OEM-FIT/183918975701

Way cheaper (one third of the price) than the OEM rails - look ok? Wondering why mine didn't have them fitted. Are they standard or an optional extra?

They were standard on the Excel until the 2018 model facelift when they became an option as they were originally on all the other levels of trim. Bought mine used in November 2017 and was able to compare to the facelifted model in the showroom- no contest as mine was old enough to only be £20 road tax but new enough to have TSS !
