where to get part and right bulbs

i have a toyota avenis 1.8 2004...i am looking for a tail light cover.for the registration plate light...with the boot lid not outstanding ive gone and put my fingers through the plastic light cover..need help in getting right part....plus the back lights i have a few bulbs out..not had a look yet..but help in getting the right bulbs would help..ie model number etc..type,,i have seen a pack of 10 on eBay but not sure if they are the right ones..any help would do.or would it be best to go to a store like Halfords..thats if the staff know about bulbs...thanks all
