flash22 594
It should be around 90ºc when fully warm, if it doesn't reach temp the stat is stuck open, if it gets to 120ºc its stuck closed, the rad is clogged, has trapped air or the fans are not working The Stat should open around 84-86ºc, tho the 1KR does run cooler than most If it hasn't been done a coolant flush is in order

Puglet 22
I've got a similar analogue water temp gauge and mine shows about 90c, so looks fine to me.
flash22 594
90 is the middle of most gauges you can check the temp via obd2 as the ecu requires it
