I have plans for installing the TSA 500 ( compatible for Apple carplay ) in my car ( if I can get one for a reasonable price 🙂 Or one of the aftermarkets  , but which one ? Question one , is it easy to remove the radio and the front panel ? Has somebody bought already the TAS500 ? do you know the reverence nr ? Screen pictures : The TAS500 where I'm looking for ! And a plan to remove the front panel . Thanks in advance . The Multimedia in the new yaris 2020 is compatible with Apple Carplay , Or should !! When you have a radio like this on the screen in Previous message ,  that's the right one for Apple carplay . Our 2020 Y20 doesn’t have it Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk There is no carplay on the touch2 and i doubt Toyota will bother with an upgrade for the Mk3 even tho the hardware is capable of it, the draw back of the Tas500 is the lack of support for the hybrid and heater control display - The reverse camera is another issue as it doesn't detect the reverse signal from the Can Bus in fact the adapter harness removes the can bus High and Low It will be more cost-effective to fit an aftermarket stereo 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

The Multimedia in the new yaris 2020 is compatible with Apple Carplay , Or should !! When you have a radio like this on the screen in Previous message ,  that's the right one for apple carplay . When it is like the picture here in this message , the you have troubles , it is not compatible for carplay ! That's my problem as well [emoji20] Your photo shows exactly how ours is. Like you we have a phone mount in the centre vent, with the phone connected to the USB connection it will provide verbal instructions through the audio system as long as we are listening to music from the phone. Anyway , I'm going to search for an aftermarket Radio , compatible with carplay ! Any suggestions of a good one ? Fred.  Quote Link to post Share on other sites
