windscreen washer not working

hi im rob and i am new here 

it seems that the windscreen washer is a common problem with the avensis  and yes i am having problems with mine 

my brother and i changed the front washer pump still no joy . i don't have a owners manual so i don't know which fuse it is for the front washer or  if there is a relay for it he tested the fuses with a meter but the windscreen wiper worked when pressing  for washer any help with location of fuse or relay would be great thank you it is a 06 plate hatchback thank you

Use a voltmeter or a 12V bulb/old car horn to see if you have 12V at the motor.  Or, switch the plugs from the front and rear pumps on the bottom of the washer bottle to determine the fault.
