Headlight buzzing

Hi peeps new here, got a question for you when I turn my lights on have a horrible buzzing from my drivers light thinking it may be the motorised leveller as there’s a unit at the bottom of the headlight making the noise it’s a mk1 auris t180 cheers

You mean noise from the drivers side headlight... assuming ordinary standard fit filament bulbs.

Never heard of that before but first question has to be whether the manual levelling control on the dash works OK. In other words do both L and R beams alter their angle as you alter the setting. Easy to see by pointing them at a wall.

In case you got automatic adjustment, which i have, and got no clue how it works, not have i ever saw it adjusting the lights, you can try disconnecting the adjustment motor, and see if the buzzing stops.

Could it be, that you have those after market led lamps that are fan cooled in the headlights. The fans can wear and buzz.
