MK3 Yaris Rattle + Leak

Hi guys, I’ve got a 2015 1.4 diesel Yaris.

it’s recently developed an annoying rattle from behind the instrument cluster when going over bumps or when RPM Is low.

i got underneath to look but Clinton find the source, however I do find some sort of oil/fluid leaking. The oil is on the brake pedal and steering column. I’ve checked the brake fluid and it is at the correct level.

any ideas on the source of rattle and or source of where the oil is from?
