Hi all

I've had my Verso for 9 months and love it but the front electric windows don't go up and down.

I've been looking for a regulator since I got the car and nobody anywhere seems to have the right configuration! There are plenty of 13 pin ones but not in the right pattern  It has 13 pins in the following configuration:

_ _ _      _ _ _

_ _ _ _   _ _ _

Any advice gratefully received.

Cheers

Al

Is it the regulator, motor or the switch (aka master switch) that's the issue, i take you have checked the fuses, each window has its own fuse 20amp iirc

The regulator is in the door connected to the motor and makes the window go up and down

edit. only the front windows are electric ?

Silly question the window lockout button isn't pressed is it ?

  • 1 year later...

Hi, yes it's definitely not a fuse issue. There's a broken bit in the switch itself. My mechanic has had it all apart and found the problem. I will attach a pic of the part which needs replacing and still looking! (a year later!)

Only the front windows are electric yes.

I didn't realise anyone had replied here and only found it again while searching (yet again!) for that part number.

Thanks!

I may be able to repair it

Hi there. Might you? One of the plastic bits on the side that switches up and down is now very loose. My mechanic said something has broken off inside he thinks.
