Dashcam OBD2 connection

Recently installed Apeman C860 Dashcam powering it with the CH50 cable plugged into OBD2 port to allow it to work 24/7 for collision detection

Three times this week when I've got in the car I have needed to reset the clock as it has been out by many hours. Yesterday after filling with fuel all power had gone (no interior/dash lights/not responding to keyfob) stayed like this for 10mins until mysteriously power returned. about an hour later when I arrived at my destination I switched off engine got out of car only to find car would not lock as power had gone again.

I have disconnected the ODB2 connection and have not had the fault again, has anyone else had issues using the ODB2 port to power accessories?

thanks
