'Toyota online' is missing in MY21

Hello,

I am a bit confused with the multimedia. I read everywhere that I must input my email address in the 'Toyota online' section under settings but there is not such a section in my multimedia. 

I believe that I looked in all the other sections but I could not find it. 

Can anyone please help me out? 

The reason I am trying to fill this part with my email is that in the myt app I am not getting any statistics, nor car's location, fuel etc so it is maybe because that the car is not sending the data. 

Also on the wifi section there is not as I see in the manual the 'available networks' option!  Why is that??

Do you have the GO navigation option, if not you do not get the connected service or Wi-Fi
