Passenger mirror wont adjust

Hi there guys,

I have a passenger side mirror (left hand side) that won't adjust at all when i press the button. Theres definetly power there, and i looks like its trying to adjust but simply wont move unless i move it manually. 

 

Can someone suggest what i could do to fix this issue?.

Would be greatly appreciated!
