Aygo fuel gauge

Probably been discussed before many times, so put £15 fuel in and have two square bars on fuel gauge but estimated range is still stuck on 10 miles which is obviously wrong.

Does this means the fuel low sensor will activate prematurely soon. or does it all correct itself ?

Putting less than 15 litres in may give false range readings. This isn't just the Aygo - some other models have the same 'feature'.
