I have a 2009 T4 variomatic. Recently the hands free has stopped working and pressing any of the phone buttons on the steering wheel display doesn’t produce anything on the media unit display .The display itself works for radio, CD etc .  Is this likely to be a minor electrical connection issue or something more complicated / expensive . 
Any guidance gratefully received
