I want to change the oil, and would like to know what kind of oil do you use or you can advise what kind of OIL I can buy?

It depends on your climate, open your owners manual, and check the recommended values.

Diesel engines incl Optimal drive 5w30

Diesel engines with DPF/DPNR including optimal drive 0w30 or 5w30 meeting C2 low ashash

Toyota doesn't specify brand of semi/fully synthetic.
