Bloxi 1
Hi, This is my first post so bear with. I've just bought a Prius T3 VVTI on a 56 plate. Great car and I am really enjoying the drive. However I'm trying to find out what if any function the "display" area above the audio controls is for. I cannot see anything on it in any mode but it does look like a screen. This is not tge main screen at the top of the console
Catlover 710
Just looked at the dash of a 2006 model on eBay........ surely it a display for the in car entertainment ie radio/cd ????????????
Bloxi 1
Thanks for the reply, that is what I thought was the logical answer but the audio display is on the main screen. The lower area never displays in any function. It may be purely decorative (although not at all decorative!) But that seems a wasted area. I've attached a pic, its tge area above the audio controls at the bottom
john p williams 82
Possibly a silly question but is there anything shown in your Handbook ?

At the front of the Handbook is there not an illustration of the entire dashboard which might reveal the area you are referring to Dave ?
Joseph D 123
It is just space. If you have the 6-CD changer there are 6 LEDs just below the CD slot to show which of the CDs is currently playing. Otherwise it is just 35 mm of space.
