Carina II

Hi everyone! I was wondering whether the Carina II engine 1.6 115hp can actually replace a Lancia Delta II 1.6 103hp on the Lancia project. Any opinion would be appreciated!

Toyota Owners Club is UK based.

Lancia  withdrew from the UK in January 1994 - 27 years ago - and there are only 28 examples of the Delta currently on the road (excluding the HF). So you may not get a response.

Lancia's engines are Fiat I had a Fiat Strada 105TC (Full 130TC Abarth spec) that was a 1.6 Twin cam with a twin choke Webber carb, very good engines and very tunable, they can easily be rebuilt with plenty of tolerance for machining

what year delta ? 8 or 16v
