Estima (2002) engine warning light not coming on at all

Engine warning light does not come on when I turn ignition key. Intermittent misfiring and some backfiring also  cutting out at low revs. Car won't communicate with my OBD or garage's. Don't know where to start, Any suggestions please. Thank you.

Does your scan tool power up ?

The fuses are located on the left hand side behind the glove box

what can be seen here

You could try Goodmayes motors in Purfleet...Japanese vehicle importers...they'll be able to help I'm sure.
