Car play/Screen not working

Hi Aygo friends 

Odd one happened on the way home. Plugged in and music playing okay then went to skip a track with the steering wheel control and it didn’t work.

I then tried to skip using the screen and it didn’t work either, then tried to go turn off and it wouldn’t do that either. 
 

Hoping it’s a one off but has anyone experienced this before? Any advise on any reset I can try?

does this happen with the car play screen or just normal touchscreen? Mine has frozen before, but I was able to turn it on and off. If it happens with the car play screen, just unplug the phone?

It did seem like it had frozen but didn’t even let me push the button to switch it to radio? I wondered if it was a loose connection or some kind. It worked as normal today so I’ll keep an eye out for it happening again

I just pressed the on and off button next to the touch screen.
