Cannot put numbers into post code on sat vav

My 2015 Auris has been excellent. However, the sat nav has stopped allowing me to enter numbers. They come up as available to press but on entering it always reverts to 11! Can put place name and street in, so trying to manage with that. Had anyone any ideas please?

happened to me too,more I tried the worse it got. After power off ,mrs did it ok.

Ihave resurrected an old mobile unit,just incase.
