The voice on my Touch 2 Sat Nav is very quiet. Can the volume be adjusted? The media volume has no effect.

If I have the radio on I can't hear the directions at all

Go into setup - General - Volume settings - Navigation volume (navigation prompt volume)

or while using the nav turn the volume up
