corolla 1.8 hybrid 2021 whir

Hi, I have a corolla 1.8 hybrid 2021. At lower speeds of up to about 50km / h, when you gently step on the gas, there is a growl when driving on an internal combustion engine. I still have a Rav4 2020 hybrid and I borrowed another corolla and didn't do it. Does anyone have the same experience? What with this?

An exhaust heat shield resonating, perhaps?

On the early hybrid Corollas, I understand there was a problem with the parking brake cable (which runs diagonally across the top of the engine) rubbing against the bonnet sound insulation, and eventually wearing a hole through it.  That may just have been left hand drive cars, though.

I have seen a bracket break on the manifold on a couple of cars, that causes a rasp/droning noise
