Aygo remote CDL

Hi im in the process of purchasing a 2005 Toyota Aygo for my son, it only has 1 key but im trying to find out if it has remote central locking option on it. Is there an easy way to find this out ?

I do know that it does have electric windows if that means anything

There are plenty of |Aygo's about with various specs that change on a regular basis - with options you could spec a base car so it was fully loaded

It may have central locking just not remote locking (all doors lock/unlock with the key in the driver's door lock)

Back in 2005 there where 3 trims levels:

Aygo, is the entry point to the range but it doesn’t sacrifice convenience and creature comforts in order to achieve a reasonable price tag. Standard features include colour keyed bumpers, sound system with radio and CD player, folding rear seat and heated rear window with wiper. Driver and passenger front airbags, seatbelt warning system and ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) are included in the safety package.

Aygo +,  grade introduces colour-keyed door mirrors and door handles, electric front windows, a 50:50 split-folding rear seat, remote central locking, adjustable rear headrests, keyless entry system and an upgraded sound system. Side airbags and ISOFIX child seat anchor points are also provided.

Aygo Sport, heats up the style with 14-inch five-spoke alloy wheels, integrated front fog lamps and a tachometer. Air conditioning and metallic paint are key options for the + and Sport.

So with electric window you have at least a + which would have remote central locking
