How to do a list refresh request

Hi I’m new here and I’ve got a 64 Yaris and I can’t seem to do a list on dab radio. I had a list on the car when I bought it but now I’ve got nothing. I got the car privately ( not dealer). Please can someone help me.

Go into the dab radio and press the setup icon (gears) - refresh station list
