Hi everyone. I’m sorry to seem a bit daft but how do you make a list on dab radio? I’ve tried everything but it says that list is empty and doesn’t show any numbers to add it to( like 1-6?? I think it’s the go 2 system ( no cd slot).

Also is there any way of adding sat nav to the same system ( download or something .

Quick update but this didn’t work sorry any ideas. I don’t want to pay for something that could easily be sorted. Would it be covered under warranty or something it’s a 64 plate.

The sat nav is an add on module

if its not picking anything up  you may have an aerial problem make sure its tight and the plastic of the whip is not cracked

you can go into the hidden service menu and see if you have any fault codes

Press and hold the music or car button and turn the sidelights on and off 3 times - Failure Diagnosis - press DA

As i said in my first post

press manual, then go into settings (gear icon) - refresh list (you may have to press and hold the button, the screen will change  to one with "Station list is being refreshed..." and a cancel button - let it update (this may take up to 2 mins)

You need to do a INIT reset - hold the car button and headlights on/off 3 times

What software Version do you have ?  Setup - General - System information

Not sure which ‘ensemble’(?) you are tuned into on your first photo…is it “HereWorc” ?
In which case there may only be one station ‘available’, hence no list.

Have you tried changing to the National DAB ensemble and ‘tuning’ ?

This is the relevant page in the manual…..

The way dab works is there are multiple stations on a frequency know as a multiplex so it shouldn't pick up just one station

there is the chance where you are, you are in an RF black hole but as your getting FM stations that doesn't seem to be the issue
