I thought Toyota CHR came with 5 years guarantee just had first service.given report and shows everything covered,but seems to be everything 3 years parts and labour

If the car was imported new into the UK by Toyota GB it will come with the 5 year/100,000 mile warranty. 

If the car was imported new into the UK from Europe it will come with the 3 year/100,000km warranty.

Did you buy it from a UK Toyota dealer?
