audible warning

Is that what the two beeps are?

I don't really use my satnav that much but I get 2 blips, tend to be close to traffics light or is that just a coincidence?

Safety camera alerts are a feature of the touch 2 go system.  I get two audible dings as there's an alleged camera up ahead.  Even if they've been removed!

I've since purchased the Mapcare and get updates for cams and other things.  It's a good system and £40 a year equivalent, it's a reasonable cost compared against tomtom services.

That sounds about right, I upgraded to Touch2go, December 2020 maps

I don't see any speed camera's around, the dings are way too late if those square boxes on top of traffic lights are camera.

Perhaps the ding-ding is not warning there is a speed camera, could it be to let you know “you will receive a letter in the post, Sir”.

Why hasn't the "profanity filter" picked up Dennis's username?

I'm really offended by "bag".
