fitting new inner panel to my 2020 Toyota Rav4 boot can anyone let me know is there a isolator switch or hybrid safety procedure to undertake before welding in a new panel on my Hybrid Rav4 to make the system safe  before welding thanks.

Weld in ?? You are likely going to void your warranty, if you have the car on lease, pcp or just plain finance the car doesn't belong to you

 

if its a salvage car you can do what you please - disconnect the Battery and pull the service loop/responders loop
