which bike rack suitable for Hiace?

hi, can anyone say which bike rack they found that fitted a Hiace, tailgate?  i read somewhere a fiamma for VW T5 might fit with some adjustments.  is a fiamma for VW T4 unsuitable? as might have access to that.  also, what adjustments did you make and how? thanks for any hints
