Rear speakers volume

Hi, i just bought a 2nd hand C-HR few days ago, i would to ask abt the audio system, i’ve found that the rear Speakers  volume very low, if i set the balance to rear, nearly seems no sound, just hv a bit bass sound, is it normal?
