Any Idea How To Replace A Sunroof?

Hi all,

I have a 1985 Celica 2.0XT with a rotten sunroof, the panel is rusted through and the seals around the edge aren't too great either. A quote from a main dealer to replace the sunroof completely was over 500 quid. Has anyone got any ideas about who to take the car to just seal up the sunroof but keep it operational, preferably without spending loads of money?

Yup, easy answer is give Toyota Celica Breakers a call...

They will sell you the partsd cheap and with warranty, number is on the forum somewhere or search the web from google and you'll find them easily...

For example for my window motor they charged £47 for the part inc shipping, Toyota want £195....

Superb company and very reliable...
