Auris 2010 no fm signal

Hi all 

I am having an issue that suddenly my factory antenna is no longer working.

I get verry weak fm signal. I think there is a booster? Is there anyway for me to trouble shoot what is causing this. I have an auris hybrid with the radio that has satnav and a screen that folds down so you can insert discs.

I already checked with another radio. Same issue

Any help is appreciated.

You checked the radio connector, if maybe a wire is lose?

I would unscrew the antenna also, maybe there is some rust causing bad signal, try to clean.
