Avensis Business Edition Plus Spec

I contacted a dealer selling June 2016 Avensis 1.8 Business Edition Plus saloon. There are not many of these saloons about and I was going to have to travel a fair way to view it so I asked the dealer to confirm that it had a Reversing camera, LED headlights, cornering foglights and Autonomous Emergency Braking. I was surprised when he came back to me to say No AEB and he had checked with Toyota main agents who told him that was only on later models. Is that correct?

Toyota safety sense added to Avensis in 2015 included auto braking in event of hazard.  Unless your 2016 plate had been sat around unregistered since before (or early) 2015 it should be on there see details from Toyota UK:

tbh not much info in those engines that the petrol version. i know the new shape 2015 on in the 2.0d4d engine they got the bmw n47 engine and well there not good .use oil etc the older ones with the 1ad toyota engine supposed to be better .i think the spec with the business edt plus u have heated seats .my car is the business edt and no heated seats
