Hello I have a new toyota chr when somebody rings me it rings in the car but it will not let me answer and the only way I can stop it ringing is to switch the engine off can somebody help me please

Sorry but lots of questions:

What phone?

Is it listed as compatible HERE ( noted "GO" is with factory navigation )?

how are you connecting bluetooth or Apple car play / Android auto?
