MAP NAV button not working

On my 2013 Toyota Avensis the MAP NAV (model 53896) button has suddenly stopped working. The functionality of the rest of the unit seems fine, but I cannot get into the sat nav. I have deleted personal data in the options menu. Is there anything else I could try to get it working? Any ideas would be really appreciated! Thanks :)

Can you get into the voice guidance hidden menu ?

Thanks for your reply. I do not seem to be able to get into the hidden menu from the instructions above. Do I just turn the ignition on and press top -> bottom -> top -> bottom -> top -> bottom in the touch locations shown above from any screen?
