Avensis gearbox

Hello,

 first of all, thanks for the previous post replies, it adds value to the brand/car to have people who to ask stuff.

For a Toyota Avensis 2005 T25 , 190 000km (mostly highway) engine 2.2 d4d , Manual Transmission 6 speed, is there a way to get bushings for the gearbox cable, bushings that connect the cable to the selector in the gearbox.

- oil is genuine 75 grade toyota oil
- 1st to 2nd is not as good as it used to be
 - the rubbers/exterior of the cables appear to in really good condition, only apparent issue is the bushing play
- the horizontal rubber bushing as at least 2mm of play each side, 4mm in total
- the vertical bushing as no even half, perhaps 0.5mm each side
 

The other question is, will there be some wear in the gear knob to gear cable connection as well ? is it rubber or is it nylon there ?
