Weird clunk at T27 steering wheel

What could possible make a weird clunk at steering wheel when I make tight turn left or right at intersections? It is annoying sound and it even can be felt on hands from a steering wheel. I took my car at MOT today and there wasn't anything broken/unusual found. Everything at chassis feels nice and firm, but that annoying sound still bothers me.
