Air Con

Hi All. We have a 2008 Verso. The Air Con has stopped.blowing cold, on the drivers side, but is OK on the passenger side. Any thoughts please? I read somewhere about a blend door actuator, but do not know whether this would be applicable to our car.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Steve

This may or may not be your problem, but the temperature setting controls on 2008 Versos have been known to break, making it impossible to change the setting on one side (or, in my case, making it only possible to turn the temperature down, not up, on the passenger side). Try turning off dual control if your car has it and see if that makes any difference.

Thanks. Tried this but no difference. Still really cold on passenger side, but warm on driver side and gets warmer as engine warms. Passenger side works as expected all the time.

Dual zone climate ? Does the temp button on the driver's side work as it should and not max out at 18-19

Yes, controls seem to work as usual, just can't get cold sir out of the off side (driver's side) vents. Someone suggested changing the pollen filter, but it's still the same. Pollen filter was bad though!
