4AG-E 16V Starting and idle issue

Hi I'm having a really annoying issue with my corolla, it only starts first time in when the engine is cold and idles at 3000rpm until it's warm then drops down to 1500rpm and stays there.

 

When the engine is still warm and I try to start it again, it idles at 800rpm for a few seconds then dies and if I try revving a bit, the rpm drops and it gives a huge backfire and dies. It'll do this 2 or 3 times before it actually starts fine.

 

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
