Officially it is called Bronce Oliva, logbook says it s green. Don't think it's available in the UK, maybe just europe. Changes from green to brown/gold depending on light and surroundings.

I think the Brass Gold in the UK is called Ambar here in Spain, I wanted that colour but it's only available on the Premiere model here.

Did a quick search a while back and that colour came back with a picture of a Brass Gold Cross🙄

It was the wife's choice, I won the argument over which car so I had to give in over colour. She got worried when we walked in this morning as it was parked at the back corner of the showroom and looked very dark, but it looks great outside, very understated.

The other great thing about that choice is that it’s the base colour in Spain, IIRC.

Bright metallic colours look their best when the sun is shinning, that's why they are popular in Spain, South of France, Italy etc.

Along those lines, we tested Yaris and Yaris Cross the same day, and Mrs. Stopeter44 didn't like the Yaris Cross, and told me later "What am I going to do if Mr. Stopeter44 likes it", lucky for us we both had the same opinion!

True, around here the Yaris Collection (similar to UK Excel spec +/-, but with two tone paint job) has sold very well, a lot with the pearl white/black combo.

Further Update so getting closer, a covered single car transporter will transport my car to my local dealership but they are awaiting the person they need to speak to who returns next week to give the go ahead of the delivery and then the car will need PDI'ing so maybe New Year in my hands watch this space.

Well some good news at last. I got my status change email today😃

I expect my car will go to build after the Christmas holiday😁

I read the Yaris Cross thread lower down regarding deliveries but I wondered what the current position is? We ordered a Premiere Edition with city and adventure packs 3 weeks ago and the dealer told us May. Is that realistic based on current delivery performance?
