engine seems flat on climb had 3 diagnostics and all say no faults but agree there is a flat spot on my avensis 2.2 D-CAT 2010

i have a flat spot on my 2010 avensis 2.2 d-cat and 3 garages have done diagnostic but cant find any faults but agree it has a flat spot when climbing

Get your EGR valve cleaned my 2.2 displayed various power issues till it went into totally flat power output. If that's ok could be failing injectors or just a dirty air filter just eliminate as many things you can.

Yeah try first cleaning the EGR valve and see if the air filter is ok. I cleaned my EGR valve and i saw a big difference in the torque. U can do it ur self it's very easy and simple.
