Diagnostic Mode?

On my 2004 and 2010 Prius I could enter a diagnostic mode - to check various items about the car.  See:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YpDnazzW-GQ

Is a diagnostic mode available on a 2018 Auris Hybrid?

Hi, I don’t think they have that, perhaps it’s only available on gen 2 Prius as these came with information screen where gen 3 Priuses not all has it.

There is some info in the hidden service menu

Service menu,

press the power button (Audio off) - Press setup - Tap, Display - Screen off

Press the arrow button > 5 times, then the other arrow button < 5 times

I've had a Gen 2 and a Gen 3 Prius and they both had a diagnostic screen available after some obscure key sequence.

The touch2 diagnostics manual and fixing a few - I have spent many an hour looking at methods to customize the software/firmware, but it is extremely secure also there is a lack of technical info on these systems
