Start Stop Battery Charger

The Stop/Start function on my recently acquired 2017 Verso sometimes doesn't operate. I think this is because I have been mainly going on short journeys around the city. I am planning to get a trickle charger, and like the look of the CTEK Start/Stop. The data sheet for the unit says that is designed for use on 12V AGM and EFB lead-acid batteries. I can't find any mention in the manual or looking at the Battery which type it is ( I know it is 12v lead-acid ) Would this charger be suitable for my car ?
