Vibration at 60 to 75mph

Our rav4 2007 2.2 D4D has developed a vibration at 60mph and disappears at 75mph 

We have fitted 4 avon ax7 tyres and had the wheels balanced twice now 

We have checked brakes ,suspension all OK

Has anyone else experienced this with their rav4 ?

One of the reasons why a person experience vibration when driving is a defective tires. Aligning it may solve the issue and if it still doesn't work then it will be best to have it check by a car mechanic.
